PRIVACY POLICY
The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Different regulations may apply to the use of individual services on our site; in such cases these are explained separately below. Your personal data (e.g. name, address, email address, telephone number, etc.) are processed by us only in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law. Data are considered personal if they can clearly be attributed to a specific natural person. The legal foundations of data protection can be found in the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG). The following provisions inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection, use and processing of personal data by the provider:
Gabriela Staebler

We would like to point out that data transmission over the internet may be subject to security gaps and that complete protection against access by third parties is therefore not possible.
Contact options
On our website we offer you the opportunity to contact us via email and/or a contact form. In this case, the information provided by the user is stored for the purpose of processing their enquiry. This data is not passed on to third parties. The data collected in this way is also not compared with data that may be collected by other components of our site.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics on our website. This is a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, hereinafter referred to as “Google”.
Through certification under the EU‑US Privacy Shield
https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active
Google guarantees that it will comply with EU data protection regulations even when processing data in the USA.
The Google Analytics service is used to analyse the usage behaviour of visitors to our website. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our website.
Usage and user-related information, such as IP address, location, time or frequency of visits to our website, is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, we use Google Analytics with the so‑called anonymisation function. With this function, Google shortens the IP address within the EU or EEA.
The data collected in this way is used by Google to provide us with an evaluation of visits to our website and of usage activities on our site. This data may also be used to provide further services related to the use of our website and the use of the internet.
According to Google, your IP address will not be merged with other data. In addition, Google provides further data protection information at
https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/partners
for you, e.g. on the options available to prevent data use.
Google also offers at
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
a so‑called opt‑out add‑on along with further information. This add‑on can be installed in the most common internet browsers and offers you more control over the data that Google collects when you visit our website. The add‑on informs the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js) that no information about your visit to our website should be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, this does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web analytics services. Whether and which other web analytics services we use can also be found in this privacy policy.
Use of YouTube components with enhanced privacy mode
We use components (videos) of the company YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA, a company of Google Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, on our website.
We use the “enhanced privacy mode” option provided by YouTube.
When you access a page that has an embedded video, a connection to YouTube’s servers is established and the content is displayed on the website by notifying your browser.
According to YouTube, in “enhanced privacy mode” only data is transmitted to the YouTube server, in particular which of our web pages you have visited, if you watch the video. If you are logged into YouTube at the same time, this information is assigned to your member account at YouTube. You can prevent this by logging out of your member account before visiting our website.
Further information on data protection at YouTube is provided by Google at the following link:

Information / withdrawal / deletion
Under the German Federal Data Protection Act you may contact us free of charge with any questions concerning the collection, processing or use of your personal data and their correction, blocking, deletion or the withdrawal of consent given. We point out that you are entitled to the correction of incorrect data or the deletion of personal data, provided that this claim is not opposed by any legal obligation to retain data.
